Falz keeps on activating responses following the arrival of his ‘This is Nigeria’ video and this time, a religious body known as the Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) are calling for him to bring down the video.
The manager of Nigerian artiste, Falz, has responded to an ultimatum given to the artist by the Islamic group, MURIC to bring down his ‘This is Nigeria’ video or face queries from them.
The Islamic group , Muslims Rights Concern, MURIC, yesterday discharged an announcement requesting Falz to bring down the video which, as per them, scorns their religion since a few young ladies were found in the recording wearing hijab and moving shaku shaku.
However, in a tweet, Falz’s management said the video won’t be brought down. They asked the group to go to court to address their grievances and that they are prepared to meet them there.
“We have nothing to state. We are not pulling back the video nor are we remarking on their cases. On the off chance that they (MURIC) have any grievance they can make a beeline for court and we will meet them,” read the tweet.
